I want...
-for everyone here to have a safe and merry Christmas
-For my mom to finally have a white Christmas(as much as i hate the cold of the white mess)
-For my brother to be happy. This is the first year (as far back as i can think) he hasn't brought a new Girlfriend to Christmas dinner. Suits me fine, but i know it bothers him.
-For him to spend the night here Christmas Eve. Getting up at 2:00 am just isnt the same without him here at home. :P
Honestly, this is really all i want.

My main want is for it not to snow anywhere between December 23 and 25th. My bf and I are going to both of our family's houses for Christmas this year - his family on the 23 and mine early morning of the 25th and their houses are 4.5 hours apart and snow would be a definite disadvantage!

In addition to my previous wish for my mom to get a grip and stop being so clingy, I want is:
* For my bf to enjoy his Christmas and not have it ruined by his family because he's leaving for basic training in January. * For my parents to be understanding of my life and the choices I am making in it. And for the few days I'm home for Christmas not to be hell because of all we have to talk about. * For my dad not to have a cow over Christmas and take my car away - leaving me stranded in Pensacola. (he refuses to let me have the title and holds it over me when things aren't going his way) * For me to make it through Christmas with my sanity intact. I'm so stressed out right now that I've had all but constant headache for the past week and a half and am physically shaking if I let myself stop and think about everything. * For the staff/administration of my school to get their act together and for this semester to go smoothly - the stress is alread adding up. * For all the ladies on this board to continue showing love to each other and building up the friendships that have started as a result of this site. And for everyone to have a safe and happy holiday season. You all deserve it!

- For everyone here to get through the holidays without some of the stressors they mentioned - To celebrate Christmas as it is, without the awful materialistic aspect it has grown line invasive vines in my garden - To be home (granted, by a miracle as my flight was the only one to get out and the rest were cancelled at 5am on Sunday morning at Logan International) - For my very Texan family to not grill me about my change to a meatless diet - To savor every moment of this break - of my family and friends, with extreme gratitude, understanding, and clarity of mind.

- Oh, along the same lines as Jen - for the airport to stop screw up my luggage. The wheels, the tag, and now the zipper pulls are gone. I'm getting tired of this.

Christmas is over but I got what I wanted. Healthy happy family and we were all able to get together and enjoy time with each other. To me, this is so much better than any gift I could get. God Bless all you ladies and I hope you all got what you wanted!!!
