I know....BEEF! LOL! Do you heard that song playing in the back of your head now? Aaron Copland's "Rodeo?"
I know we did a recipe thread a while back, but I am often uninspired when it comes to cooking each night. Maybe seeing what other people are doing will give me new inspiration and ideas.

This will be a fun thread! :-)
I was lazy tonight - we just got pizza from Little Caesars.
Last night, we had hot sausage sandwiches with sauteed onions and red, yellow, and orange peppers.

I don't know what it's called, but it's linguine, broccoli, carrots, beef and sesame dressing cooked separately then combined. We had it last night. I love it because it takes ~30 minutes (or less once you get the method down) to make, and because given a choice between making them get up to make shrimp creole or letting me cook this, Brian and Sally will almost always pick this. I go to great lengths to keep shrimp out of the apartment... ETA recipe: www.roncorecipes.com/recipes/new-steak-dinner

Creamy chicken in the crockpot - it's with chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onions, and mushrooms. Hope it turns out well since I'm still experimenting with the crockpot!

We had tacos tonight - and I did fairly well on the meat too. I'm not a huge fan of taco seasoning so I used about 1/3 of the taco seasoning packet, 3 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of garlic salt and it turned out pretty tasty. Nick said he would have liked a little more taco seasoning, but I thought it was perfect.
