So, this week is ridiculously busy because I'm trying to get all this homework done so I don't have to worry about as much this weekend (Paul's birthday). I ask my operations management professor to post the syllabus on blackboard (which is done normally) or please email it to me yesterday because our company wants to see it before we interview them for this project. He doesn't do it, so I have to type up this entire stupid thing when he just has it sitting on his computer. I AM SO MAD. THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME. How hard is it to send an email and attach it? Really? I know he had office hours yesterday too. GRRRRRRRR.

However, I'm not taking my chances with any other sulfa drugs. My pharmacist asked me yesterday if I've ever taken anything with sulfa in it and I said no. So, it could very well be that. I never knew celebrex had sulfa in it! At least I found relief with calamine lotion.

Ok so this may be a petty rant but I need to get it off my chest. I am getting married in December. Recently the invites for my bridal shower were sent out. In like the last week I have had 3 different people come up to me and ask "Why did you only register at Bed, Bath, and Beyond? I hate that store". For some reason this makes me SO incredibly mad!!! I think it is so rude to ask someone that! I registered there b/c I like that store and it is MY shower!!!!! Us brides have enough to worry about besides where we are going to register to satisfy our guests! I get that some things at Bed, Bath, and Beyond can get expensive but my registry has a VERY wide range of items.
Whew...glad I could release some of that pent up anger!!!

People can be so incredibly rude, it amazes me. If they don't care for the store you've registered at, they can always order online, or give you a gift card for whatever amount they desire to spend. It's not tough to do! Sheesh! I understand that people are "showering" YOU with gifts, but still, they shouldn't act put out by it. And what you said is true; it's YOUR shower and YOU like the store! (BTW, I got married December 21, 2002 and I still remember the audacity of some people who attended my shower and wedding. And, one of the places I registered was BBB too!)

It's not like it's Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn, and honestly the prices are the same at Target and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They ALWAYS send out a 20% coupon every week. They have no reason to complain.

This may be kind of a dumb rant, BUT it's something that's driving me crazy. There's this girl I work with and I swear she's bipolar! she's worked there a lot longer than I have, like years longer so obviously she knows more than I do. But I do know a lot and I am a hard worker there but sometimes she acts like I'm the most incompetent person in the place! Some days she's the biggest bitch to me and I'm afraid to ask her questions. It makes me dread working with her...I have a class with her and she doesn't even say hi to me there. But SOME DAYS...like yesterday...she acts like we're bffs and she is super friendly and talks to me and stuff....I just do not understand her. drives me insane!!!!

Okay, I'm getting to the point where I'm kinda peeved. I planned with my roommates for them to come home with me like 2 weeks ago. The past few days I've reminded them that they need to be ready to leave by 12:15 the latest because I don't know how long it takes to get to the train and we absolutely cannot miss the train. Right before I left for class I told my 1 roommate who still wasn't packed that you need to be ready by 12:15. Guess what time it is? Guess who still isn't in the shower? Are you kidding me!!! I'm having us leave early for a reason. I told you to be ready way in advance so it wouldn't be a problem. Ugh I cannot stand people who are always late for things grrrr. Okay I'm done lol.

I'm sorry if I offend anyone with this, but I was driving through a school zone today (going 25 in a 25, flashing yellow lights, the works) and this crazy lady in a minivan goes flying past me. Suburban soccer moms speeding through school zones. It's like, you have kids, why the heck are you speeding through a school zone?! I'm sure you wouldn't want someone to do the same thing if it happened to be the school your kids went to.

Nicci she was probably late to pick up said kids! lol I worked with a fill-in pharmacist Saturday who has worked at our store before and we've never had any problems with him. He doesn't talk much in the first place, but he was really quiet Sat. Come to find out, he was pissed off that 2 other girls weren't working with him. Excuse me, but at least you had 2 warm bodies to do work that you don't want to do yourself. How do you get off being a grown man in a professional setting and act like a 5 year old that didn't get his way? I think he spoke a total of 10 words the whole day. It makes for a really long 10 hours when the boss doesn't want to be there, much less be stuck with the help he had.

My rant for today is about being graded for class participation. My grad seminar on Human Resource Management has approx. 25% of our grade as class participation. I hate speaking in class and was so glad that she also implemented online discussion forums. I have actively participated in every single one of those but never in class. We got our mid-semester class participation grade today, and I have a 50%. How is that possible? Not only is that an issue, but she also gave us an assignment that was to be due next week and the syllabus was extremely vague as to what we were to do. Just today, she finally gave more detail as to exactly what she wants. Like I don't have better things to do with my time than redo her assignments that she didn't start with real guidelines. I hate this program so much!

I'm angry and really pissed off, but at the same time I'm thankful. This afternoon, like 15 minutes ago, I had just finished up talking to a Grad school professor and was on the phone with my mom telling what a great person she was. I looked both way before I stepped out of the cross walk and noticed this PT cruiser hangin out at the stop that T's off with the intersection. I start walking across the cross walk and all of a sudden, she hits the gas. I notice that she's talking on her cell phone. She's inches from me when I realize she's not stopping. I quickly side step so she doesn't hit my left leg and turn around to face her car and start screaming at her (my poor mother still on the phone). What the heck?! I don't know who she was talking to, but I almost wish she had hit me so that I could have sued her for negligence. I'm still angry about it. She had the guts to do a u-turn to see if I was okay. I wanted to kick her car and dent it. But thankfully, I'm alive and it's scary when I stop and think about it because she could have killed me.

I don't quite know if I'm mad, or hurt. so here it goes. I have been really really good friend with this guy, and his girl friend broke his heart about 2 months ago. So you know, I been trying to do the good friend thing, and be nice, and say "theres a better one around the corner" you know, that kinda thing. Well as much as i hate to admit it, i *guess* i have kinda fell for him I have tripped and busted my ass for him. So last weekend I took him to dollywood with me, and had the best time ever. Well I ask him if he wants to go see that Paranormal Activity movie saturday at like 12 pm. and he said that quote "idk if i can, I was hoping to go see that Forth Kind with Taylor." first of all WHO THE HELL IS TAYLOR??? second of all forth kind doesn't come out for 2 more weeks. so i said, "you know that doesn't come out for 2 more weeks, right?" he said. qoute "lol I guess she ment that paranormal movie." wtf? I'm i over reacting? (of course) sorry for the language, but you know how that goes.
