Since he has an APO address, we can use flat rate boxes and not have overseas rates right? We just have to fill out a customs form.
I am going to sticky this post for a little while...

Allie, I could swear the last time I was at the P.O. the worker said that the large flat-rate box to anyone in the military was $2.95! (Of course I could be mistaken, but I remember it b/c I thought, "Wow, that's awesome that the P.O. does that!")

Christie that would be awsome! A year and 1/2 ago when my cousin was over there the flat rate boxes were $8 to send but I'm pretty sure the cost has gone up since then. But its great because you can stuff a lot of stuff in that little box! lol Does anyone know if a postcard stamp will get a card there? Harley Davidson came out with post cards from HD to thank military members for Veterans Day and I got him one!

I was mistaken, sadly. I went to mail items at the P.O. today and it *is* indeed $11.95 for the large flat-rate boxes. But still, a great deal! Nancy, I didn't know HD had come out with Veteran's Day postcards! I'll have to check 'em out!
