A pound of cocktail weenies (lil smokies) 1/2 a bottle of BBQ sauce (or more if you like the flavors)
Throw into pot, put on low, let it go all day. Snack as desired. Great for parties.

I "borrowed" this from someone on one of these boards and it is KILLER.
A pound - pound and a half of chicken breast - cut into bite sized pieces 2 cans of cream of chicken soup 1 can of cheddar cheese soup garlic powder to taste
Throw all of this into the crock pot. The chicken will be falling apart tender in 6-7 hours on low.
Serve over pasta or rice.

This is a great idea, Emily! I got a a Crockpot for Christmas too and trying to find good recipes to use! :-)
Yesterday I made Creamy Chicken. -2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup -1 can of chicken broth -1 small can of sliced mushrooms -1 medium onion, diced -3 chicken breasts
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
The only other thing I've made was my own concotion which was: -3 boneless porkchops -4 red potatoes, peeled & quartered -1 bottle of BBQ sauce
I cooked on low for about 5 hours, and high for about an hour. It was really good. The potatoes were nice and soft and the pork chops were good and tender!

Ooh, I got a Crock Pot for Christmas too! It's only 4.5 qt but I love it. One of my favorite recipes for it is Veggie Soup. I don't put any meat in it, but stew meat or left overs would work fine.
Melissa's Veggie Soup - 5 cups of water - 2 cups of pasta (approx.) (I've found miniature shells work best) - 1 med/lg potato peeled and chopped - 1 tsp. salt - 1/2 tsp. pepper - 1 tsp. garlic salt - 1 can of tomato paste - 1 can of condensed tomato soup - 1 pkg of frozen mixed veggies
Put salt, pepper, garlic salt, tomato paste and soup in first and then add 3 cups or so of the water, mix until the paste and soup are fairly diluted. Then add frozen veggies and chopped potato. Add pasta on top and pour remaining water on top. Level out ingredients and cook on high for 5 hours. Stir once an hour after two hours have passed.
