It's not that easy being green[/color],
Having to pull your car over to puke every day,
When you think it could be nicer to have peaceful drives with no traffic
Or something much less disgusting like that.

It's not that easy being green[/color],
When you struggle daily to keep down simple, ordinary things
And people tend to get annoyed 'cause you're
Leaving work early or missing out on social events
Like VB parties

But green's[/color] the color of me
And green[/color] is not cool or friendly-like
And green[/color] can be irritating, but it's important
To keep my little baby healthy

When green[/color] is all there is to be
It could make you wonder why, but why wonder why
Wonder, I am green but my baby is fine and beautiful
And I think it's what I want to be

It goes away, but never as fast as you wish! Green is not a normal human color, but just like you said for the baby growing inside it a necessary. Green is my fav color-like key lime! (just not my fav in people) Hang in there!

Kathleen, has your doctor given you anything for the sickness? It really does help.
And I wasn't annoyed about you missing the VB party. You may have been.....

Kathleen - ask your doctor about Zofran. With my last son, I lost 10 lbs from throwing up & not being able to eat. Finally (?!?!) they gave me Zofran & it worked wonders!

eating something with protein like PB helped me first thing in the morning(am sickness for 5 months) my mom swears cinnamon curves nausea too, like cinnamon candy
