Hello, I am going on vacation soon and plan to take my miller as my carry-on. Does anyone know if I am able to take my Vera as my personal item as well? Thanks!

From my previous experiences with planes (you are going on a plane, right?) you can only have 1 carry on. I'd take the biggest damn bag you can find. I know I've gotten into the habit of packing an extra change of clothes, small bottle of shampoo, and a tooth brush in my carry on. Too many times of luggage gone astray will do that to you.

Most airlines allow one carry on and one "personal item" which they compare to a purse or a briefcase. I have carried a Miller and a backpack (not Vera, medium sized with a laptop in it) on many many times. You should be fine with your Miller and Vera. Just be prepared to have one in the overhead bin and one under the seat in front of you.

I have carried a Vera as my personal item before, but I made sure that it was packed with items like my wallet, brush, id case, etc (the usual pocketbook stuff) in case they made any comment about it not being a purse. Of course I added some stuff I would normally carry on too, like a swimsuit, magazines... They never made any comment I did put my actual carry on in the overhead though.
