I recently sold a Coach bag which I sent with both delivery confirmation and insurance. The bag was purchased through ebay by someone with 100% feedback.
I had yet to receive feedback yet so I checked the tracking info just now. It shows the bag was delivered but unclaimed and is now on it's way back to me. I have not heard from the buyer. What do I do? TIA for any suggestions.
Oh, and I have taken screen shots of USPS and paypal in regards to the bag.
