What a great idea, Nicole! (And I will post my own "thankful" item, but first I will "ditto" your thankfulness for my own salvation! Today, I'm thankful for the amazing father I had for 39 years of my life. He died unexpectedly last December 18 (2008.) I miss him every hour, every day. He was a loving, gruff, intelligent, witty, outspoken, stubborn individual. I am very much like him. I love that he was one of my best friends, and am thankful for every lesson I learned from his life...and, from his death. <3

Wow, how easily we forget to give thanks. I have a wonderful husband and three wonde ful children. I see my son daily and talk to my youngest daughter everyday. We lost a daughter, Sept. 5 of 07, but we were very blessed to have had her for 22 years! we have food on out table, a roof over our heads, Steve has a good job and so do the kids. I have been able to stay home and put me together again. I am truely thankful.

Great idea!!
Today, I'm thankful for my husband. I was diagnosed exactly 10 years ago w/ MS. It was Darrell's birthday, 3 months after our wedding. God has blessed me w/ him! He has never complained, always takes care of me, literally holding my hand. His patience is tested w/ me-I know how stubborn I am! His strength keeps me going. He loves me unconditionally. He is my heart!
